I am a 24-year-old female. I want to know if there are any natural ways to enlarge breast size. I don’t want to resort to any surgeries or medication. Do you have any suggestions?
Finding you looking rather skinny around the bust area? To opt for that fuller appearance in the upper body, here are exercises, tips and a few other pointers to shape the ladies.
Exercise your chest
Regular exercises involving the chest are the best way to gain muscle weight in that area. As dietician and trainer Marika Johansson says: ‘You can try strength training exercises like the barbell bench press, incline dumbbell flyes, push-ups, incline bench press, dumbbell flyes and other exercises that activate the chest muscles. Chest exercises will build muscle underneath the fat that makes your breasts appear fuller and actually give a little boost to your cleavage.’
Have some fenugreek
Fenugreek seeds contain estrogen-like substances that are believed to help boost breast size. However, there is no scientific evidence to support this. Rubbing its paste directly on the breast may enhance its size as the breast tissue absorbs it directly. It is however best to consult a doctor before attempting to use this so as to avoid any side-effects.
Watch your body posture
Straighten your back to make your breasts look bigger right away. Pay attention to the clothes you wear. For a fuller appearance wear tops with embellishments, frills, puff on the chest area. Importantly, wear the right bra size. If you are unsure of your exact size, get yourself measured at a lingerie store. You could also wear push-up and padded bras.
