Summer’s here and if you are planning to get a nice tan this time around, here are some classic make-up tips which will help you look smoking hot!
Summer make-up for tan skin
This clip from makeup artist Ana Bazan shows you how to apply a summertime look for naturally tan skin. Tinted moisturiser makes the skin look dewy. Bronzer adds colour and evens out face and body tones, but go for a darker bronzer if the sun turns you darker over the course of the summer. Shimmer eyeshadow over the lids and pink lip gloss finish the look.
Organic summer
Dasha from green make-up has created this video showing you how to get a look using mostly green and organic products. Use products with light reflective particles applied in a thin layer to add freshness to tanned skin. Then add mineral powder to avoid shine, along with lipstick and shimmery gold eyeshadow to complete the subtly glamorous look.
Matte sun look
If you’re going for a full face of makeup when you head to the beach, then do it right. Dior makeup artist Violette put together this video showing off a matte look for tanned summer skin and we think the results are pretty impeccable.
