Diet Tip #25 – Drink coconut water for glowing skin


Coconut water isn’t just tasty but it’s also great for your system because it keeps you hydrated and is also rich in minerals. It’s also good for your immune system and energises your body. Not only is the regular intake of coconut water responsible for radiant skin, but it also keeps the skin clear of pimples and acne. Also the antioxidants present have an age-defying effect on the skin and it also doubles up as a natural moisturiser that keeps your skin supple!
Tip: Have a glass of fresh coconut water daily. You can also try applying some coconut water onto your face, or the areas with pimples and leave it overnight. Splash some coconut water whenever you notice dry skin and dullness.
